Cabled Vantage Pro2 Plus with Passive Solar Radiation Shield

With state-of-the-art technology at an affordable price, the Plus model Vantage Pro2 weather station collects and transmits a wide range of weather data including outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, rain amount and rain rate. It also includes two addional sensors, providing UV index and dose, solar radiation, and is capable of calculating evapotranspiration. The cabled version includes console, integrated sensor suite (ISS), and mounting hardware. The ISS includes rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, 40' (12 m) anemometer cable, solar radiation sensor, UV sensor, sensor mounting shelf, and solar panel. Temperature and humidity sensors are enclosed in standard radiation shield. ISS is powered by the cable from the console. Electronic components are housed in a weather-resistant shelter. Console must be powered using the included AC-power adapter (three C cell batteries for backup). Includes 100' (30m) cable to connect the outdoor sensor suite to the indoor console.
