Of particular interest to dehumidification professionals, the Kestrel 4200 measures relative humidity and calculates dewpoint, wet bulb temperature and heat stress index as well as the humidity ratio - and the patented dual chamber humidity sensor assures fast and accurate readings in any environment.
Like the 4100, the Kestrel 4200 has taken the calculations and guess-work out of Air Flow measurements with automatic air flow readings. Plus it measures every other environmental parameter and stores over two years worth of information in its built-in data logger. With on-screen customization, the 4200 can truly be personalized for every technician. Easy set-up screens allow unit to display only relevant readings, and hide screens not relative to the job.
The Kestrel 4200 with wireless Bluetooth technology offers the ultimate in portable and accurate environmental data. Now, both real-time and logged data can be transferred wirelessly and automatically to a laptop or PDA. Wireless data transmission eliminates the need for a separate interface and cabling. Includes custom communication software designed to quickly and easily configure your data transmission frequency, download logged data, graph data, and transfer data to other applications. Data transmission range adjustment allows you to maximize power to communicate with your Kestrel within a 30 foot range, or reduce power for closer, more secure operation. Individual unit ID’s ensure you pair with the Kestrel you want, even when more than one system is operating in the same area. Permanently coded unique 4-digit Pin numbers provide extra security when pairing and transmitting data.
