The La Crosse WD-3106UR Weather Direct LITE Internet-Powered Wireless Weather Forecaster gives you easy access to quality weather forecasts 24 hours-a-day! It uses your existing internet connection. Just install the simple software and plug the USB transceiver into any USB port on your Windows XP or Vista computer. Secure wireless forecasts for 4 Days, for the location of your choice, will be sent to the wireless display up to 100 Ft away when your computer is powered-on.
It works without Wi-Fi or a router, and the forecasts are totally FREE; NO subscription is required. Choose the forecast information that you want from a list of over 60,000 locations in the United States and Canada including your hometown, golf courses, parks, sports venues and more. Additional features include a self-setting clock, date, indoor temperature, and outdoor temerature.
The WD-3106UR wireless display features a LCD with automatic time and date, time alarm, indoor temperature and forecasts for the daily high and low temperature. The bottom LCD line scrolls your selected location name, sunrise/sunset and forecast.
