For years, I stepped out of the house or check the Weather app for current temperature, but it's not precise. So this outdoor thermometer has EVERYTHING I needed: suction cup to attached to outside of the kitchen window, and precise. It's great and economical - worth investing for every household.

I love these thermometers. I hang one in each of my bird cages. They are essential for controlling the heat when a bird is unwell and needs to be kept warmer than usual. Being indoor/outdoor is an asset since I can clean them them easily if birds splash a little water on them.

Plastic products need to be made with alternative materials. I prefer manufacturers choose stainless steel or glass. I would like to see an inexpensive version that could be used to see the temperature reading from a window or window sill. Also, it takes a watch type battery so I don't know how long it will last, without the plastic suction cup.
