Plan the day with confidence with your own weather and weather prediction information with pinpoint accuracy right from your own backyard. The AcuRite 01024M PRO+ Complete Wireless High Definition Color Weather Station uses patented Self-Calibrating Technology to provide a personal forecast of 12 to 24 hour weather conditions. Self-Calibrating Forecasting is generated from weather data measured by a sensor in your yard - giving you the most accurate forecast available for your exact location. The PRO+ Integrated Multi-Sensor is completely wireless and contains a self-emptying rain collector for measuring rainfall, temperature/humidity sensor, anemometer, and a wind vane. The anemometer measures wind speed, and the wind vane measures wind direction. The PRO+ Integrated Multi-Sensor is battery powered and features dual solar panels for running an internal aspirating fan. The internal fan will assist in drawing ambient air through to reduce the heating effects of solar radiation, resulting in a more accurate air temperature measurement. The patent-pending wireless outdoor sensor features five different technologies in one easy-to-mount unit. The bold, easy to read AcuRite 01024M high definition color screen includes indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity, wind speed and direction, wind chill, rainfall, barometric pressure, lightning detection data, a clock, calendar and more. It also offers stunning graphics and the ability to toggle between outdoor weather, indoor comfort, plus daily and monthly records dashboards. Custom programmable alarms will alert you when weather conditions change. The display stands upright for tabletop use or is wall-mountable. The included lightning detector sensor provides lightning warnings for cloud-to-ground, cloud-to-cloud and intra-cloud lightning strikes within a 25 mile range. The lightning detector provides visual and audible alerts when lightning is within range on both the sensor and the high definition color display. The lightning detector features enhanced interference rejection capabilities to prevent false lightning detection. Want to know your weather conditions while away from home? You may add the AcuRite Access HUB* to view the outdoor weather sensor's data remotely with the MyAcuRite online portal. MyAcuRite is accessible online via a PC or MAC computer, a tablet or a mobile device. Connect the AcuRite Access to an Ethernet router to seamlessly transmit environmental data to the internet. Be in the know anywhere at anytime! View current conditions, historical conditions with charts, graphs, high and low records. Receive hourly and daily weather forecasts that allow you to plan your day. Download your environmental weather data to convenient spreadsheet forms for advanced research and reports of your weather's history. Create custom alerts with MyAcuRite to receive an email or mobile alert when environmental conditions change and need your attention. To remotely monitor indoor temperature and humidity with MyAcuRite, you may add a Wireless Indoor Room Sensor*. You may also add a Wireless Outdoor Sensor* to monitor temperature and humidity for additional outdoor areas. Items denoted with an asterisk are sold separately.
