The AcuRite Digital Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer features precise, reliable temperature readings. The digital thermometer's screen displays the current temperature for two zones. One temperature reading is shown by a built-in temperature sensor inside the digital thermometer. An additional reading is taken by an indoor/outdoor wireless sensor that may be placed either outdoors or in another interior location such as; a kitchen, bedroom, attic or basement. The screen provides the daily high and low records for the past 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours and all-time readings. A trend arrow is shown to indicate whether the temperature is rising or falling. The sleek, stylish display stands upright for tabletop use and is wall-mountable. really like the size of indoor numbers. Previous one lasted 5 years, probably done in by extreme cold. This newer version recommended lithium batteries for sensor in cold temps. Thanks for prompt shipping.

Perfect and Simple!

We have had more complicated weather stations for many years and decided it was time to go for simple. And this little temp station is perfect and has been on point. Just add batteries, find a good spot for the outside transmitter and you are all set. I have checked the outside and inside temps from our cell phone apps, and this AcuRite has been spot on each and every time. And for the price, I think it's great! I highly recommend if you want something simple.

This is a simple temperature display for both interior and exterior temperatures. The wireless connection seems to work well with good range. The display is clear, and I like the max/min range recording as well.
