Each chime is designed by the manufacturer and handmade by them using raw materials sourced from American mills and material providers. Warranty

Kromatix wind chimes are covered by a limited five-year warranty against defects in craftsmanship or materials. The warranty excludes alterations, normal wear and tear, as well as intentional misuse. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option.
