DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

Watermark soil moisture sensor uses electrical resistance to measure the moisture level of the soil. Does not require periodic maintenance during the growing season. Simply bury at the desired depth, then monitor moisture levels throughout the season. Add up to 4 sensors to a single Wireless Leaf & Soil Moisture Temperature station (see Accessories tab). Includes 15' cable.

This is a standard Irrometer Watermark soil moisture sensor, they're used everywhere. Seems to work well, but pay attention to the pre-installation conditioning steps and the way you install it into the soil. Good online videos for this final step.
