When you are ready to proceed with your return request, send an email to support@weathershack.com. Please include the following:

How to Package and Ship Your Return:

When returning an item, please place ALL components of the product you received back into the manufacturer packaging (including instruction booklets or any other materials). Additionally, please include any batteries that WeatherShack provided with your product. Next, pack the item securely in the box that the product was originally shipped to you in. This will protect the merchandise and manufacturer packaging from damage. If the product was shipped to you in a bubble mailer, you may use a small box or bubble mailer for the return. Please include the original packing list or a note with your contact information so we know the return is from you. For your protection, we suggest using a trackable shipping carrier such as FedEx or UPS. You may also wish to insure your return for its full value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent back to our warehouse.
