All of our packages are shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). After you place an item into the shopping cart and enter the delivery address zip code, you will be provided a list of shipping methods to choose from along with the associated cost. Our system will only display shipping methods that are appropriate for the delivery location. For instance, if the package will normally arrive in two days via UPS Ground, you won't see a 3 Day Select option because that option wouldn't apply. If an order is being shipped to Canada or the total order value exceeds our maximum allow for USPS shipments, the only shipping methods shown will be UPS.
All orders over $50 have a free shipping option for orders delivered within the contiguous United States as well as reduced expedited shipping options.
The stock status for each item is displayed under the "Add to Cart" button and also when an item is placed in your shopping cart. When a shipping method is selected, our system will indicate when the order will be shipped. In-stock orders placed on evenings, weekends, or major holidays are shipped the following business day. Orders that are not in stock are shipped the same day the product arrives at our warehouse.
Unless instructed otherwise, multiple item orders are held until all items are in stock. If you have placed a multiple item order and wish to have us ship the in-stock items immediately, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have already placed an order, you can check the status anytime using our Order Status Utility.
Along with the list of shipping methods and costs to choose from once an item is placed in your shopping cart, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the package is also displayed for each option. UPS methods will show the actual package delivery date and whether or not it is guaranteed. USPS First Class and Priority Mail methods are typically delivered in 2-3 days, however delivery is not guaranteed.
If your order is being shipped via UPS, they will send you an email containing the tracking number once your package has left our location. The email will be sent to the address you provide on our order form. Please note that if you have spam-blocking controls activated, you may not receive UPS and/or WeatherShack emails.
If your order is being shipped via USPS, you can obtain the tracking number once your package has left our location by using our Order Status Utility.
Additionally, you can check the status of your order at anytime using our Order Status Utility.
