This is the best rain gauge around with the dual tubes so that higher rainfalls can be accurately measured. It is plastic rather than glass so that it will not freeze.

We Love the Rain Gauge!

We have owned our rain gauge for 15 years and this is the first time that we have had to replace a part. We forgot to empty it and the weather turned very cold so the inside tube broke because of the water in it that froze. This is the only thing that has lasted 15 years! we have had to replace our furnace, all the appliances and water heater but nothing with the rain gauge until we made our mistake. Great product!
